The drainage system and gutter of our townhouse require cleaning. Internal rooftop access is available within the house to reach the drain located on the first level. Additionally, the gutter can be accessed from the backyard. No overgrown grass. Just debris and fallen leaves needed clearing. Full replacement of 4m x 2m deck- joists and decking boards. Leaning towards spotted gum for boards. Removal of old deck. There’s a split system fan unit sitting on the current deck that will need to be moved/suspended, perhaps disconnected to enable works. Also, a simple roof of the same size to be replaced, above the deck. Colorbond or Laserlite sort of deal, roof is pretty high up so might require scissor lift and harness setups for safety reasons so high up!
