The metal roofing underlies wooden decking (now removed) for an exterior balcony. The balcony is directly over a sun room below. The metal roof decking has rusted through, resulting in leaks below. The area of the balcony is approximately 4m by 2m. The balcony is on the 5th floor of a 100yr old building, built on what used to be the old flat roof. No wooden decking is required to be replaced. Just looking for the metal roofing to be replaced with possible improvements to support, etc.
