Rain caused water damage inside this small patch of ceiling. Think it will need to be replastered and painted? We don’t want the light anymore so that can go. Water damage was due to a blocked down pipe - all fixed now.

Outdoor Painting on a brick veneer house. The painting is applicable to the guttering, timber flashings, verandah posts, windows (including window bars, sash etc) and doors (1 French door, with fly screens that are also to be painted, and an entrance door). Only the front and sides of house that are visible from road frontage are to be done - the rear of house and side windows/doors are optional/not required. Currently these surfaces are dark green, but they are to be repainted in Dulux Ironstone.

- Re-roofing job for about 24m sqr. - I will hire a 3m scaffold, buy the colourbond (about 8 x 4m sheets), buy the screws, provide drills, provide sheet cutter. - Need someone with experience to help with installing sheeting. - a steel beam sticks out a bit which will push at the roof sheet - 2 x 6 hour days, WEEKEND, with me as a laborer - sometime in April - access to the roof is through the scaffold set up in the gap between house and next door (pictured) - (the mess on the roof is bricks holding down a cover for where the chimney used to be)

Install official Tesla roof racks on a model Y and install three already assembled bike carriers onto the roof racks. Preference is for Saturday before lunchtime (today is possible if Saturday is not doable)
