I need my gutters cleaned. The down pipes are overflowing It is a two story house, but the roof can be accessed from a balcony on the second level. A decent sized ladder is still required. Two storey townhouse,with 2 areas that need a fix. 1. we have a roof gutter that needs to clipped back into the brackets as there is a leak or heavy drip (post rains) between fascia and gutter down into the courtyard. 2. The gutter on the garage needs an additonal gutter bracket installed as it keeps slipping out of the bracket after a heavy rains. Moved into a new place and previous owners didn’t take good care of the gutters, so they are very blocked up with leaves and also growth from vines which climb up the side of the house. Old Victorian house, so the roof is high - but easily accessible from a lower, single story extension at the back of the house. The roof gutters are held together by masking tape. This is just a simple gutter issue - a roof plumber confirmed the roof itself is in very good condition. 2 bed, 1 level Edwardian house located in Armadale requires all outside gutters cleaned and patio covering (plastic?) cleaned. Likely with a pressure hose to remove scum. See photo attached of the patio roof. No photos of the gutters, but require removing all leaves and clearing.

I have a leaking metal roof on my three bedroom period home in Prahran. I need a suitable person - plumber or handyman - who is willing to thoroughly explore the roof for leaks / gaps and repair then by grilling suitable bolts as previous tradesmen have. NOTE: The roof is old, ranges from peaked to flat and is complex. It needs someone who is willing to do some investigating and find a solution. I also want someone who is suitably experienced, insured and fully equipped. (Tired of tradies who come without equiplment / repeatedly reschedule / leave damage / don't fix the problem.) While up on roof I'd like some gutter cleaning too. And if you're willing to cut some branches while up there that'd be a bonus. I'm not as grumpy as my tone suggests but I do want the right person for to the job and I need the job completed.
