I am looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to help patch the wall around a recently installed door so it looks seamless. The job essentially comes down to two main parts: 1. Move the metal strip in: There is a protruding metal casing piece that just needs to be pushed in or shaved down so it sits flush. 2. Patch and finish the wall: Install a full-height MDF panel to close the gap between the existing wall and the new door frame. You'll just need to pop some insulation into the top cavity, fill the gaps, and tidy up the bottom skirting board so it's all enclosed. Once built out, the new section needs to be primed and painted to seamlessly match the existing wall. 4 x2 storey townhouses back and front gutter cleaning

Downpipe on 2nd storey roof needs unblocking. Flat roof section, 2nd storey accessible by ladder.

2 x walls sound proofing removed and walls cleaned, smoothed out and painted.

Instal new fan and repair damaged roof around fan hole (see images). All electrical allowances are in, simple wire up / fit and repair surrounding area. Hole is 240mm (I already have the correct fan)

Front of house: about 10m of gutter, accessed by getting on verandah via ladder. West side of house: about 15m of gutter hanging off pitched roof, 5-6m off ground (best cleaned while standing on ladder). East side of house: only 2m of gutter over a courtyard, single storey, accessible by ladder. Back of house: about 10m of gutter hanging off flat roof on 2nd storey (easy ladder access to 2nd storey via 1st storey landing). If job done well, I need this done 3 times a year.
