We need to sound proof a window (preferably from the outside) to block noises from - ducted gas heater. We have insulation batts and a sound blocking heavy rubber that can be used / attached but we are needing guidance and muscle power from somebody who has done this before. I need the gutters cleared. The single-storey cottage is 5m wide and 30m wide with gutters along each side. I need the gutters cleared of leaves and debris with before and after photos. I have a green wheelie bin on-site for the debris.

Single story. Attached on both sides so need extra long ladder to climb from the front of the building. Approx 6x4m area. Only 3 of the sides need to be cleared.

I have an old terrace home. I am looking for someone to drill two holes in my roof and then get into the roof to run the Ethernet cable between the holes. The holes will be roughly 7 metres apart. The roof has free movement and access. You do not need to supply the cable or do anything with the cable once it is run through the roof.

I live in a one storey terrace house and there are small holes on the roof which cause water to come through when it rains (the water does not drip through the roof but three are some stains on the paint in the roof). Need them to be patched.

Small terrace house--big tree at the back. Need someone to clean autumn leaves from gutters and backyard. The backyard is very small.
