Gutter leak that needs repair

I need some help with a few babyproofing tasks around the house. Three shelves need to be fastened to the wall, two locks installed, and a baby gate fixed to the wall. I have three furniture anchors for the shelves and two locks ready. I don't have bolts for the baby gate.

I have a small backyard in Carlton north that I need someone to cat proof so my cat can’t escape, there’s a small gap under the back gate and a hole in the fence, maybe some chicken wire on the top of the fence too I’m not sure

I’m after someone who can replace the powered roof vent as it’s faulty. There is no electrical works needed as there is a power outlet ready to be used . The person needs to supply and install the vent in the roof as shown in the image with sealing around it. There is an access to replace it . The roof is tiles

We need to sound proof a window (preferably from the outside) to block noises from - ducted gas heater. We have insulation batts and a sound blocking heavy rubber that can be used / attached but we are needing guidance and muscle power from somebody who has done this before. The sound proofing needs to be very good - we don’t want to hear anything from the inside.

Gutter clean 5 mtr gutter 1st floor and 5 mtr gutter 2nd floor has gutter guards on both. Downpipes connected to both. Tin roof. See photos. Access to 2nd floor can also be via stair well inside.

I need the gutters cleared. The single-storey cottage is 5m wide and 30m wide with gutters along each side. I need the gutters cleared of leaves and debris with before and after photos. I have a green wheelie bin on-site for the debris.

Single story. Attached on both sides so need extra long ladder to climb from the front of the building. Approx 6x4m area. Only 3 of the sides need to be cleared.

I have an old terrace home. I am looking for someone to drill two holes in my roof and then get into the roof to run the Ethernet cable between the holes. The holes will be roughly 7 metres apart. The roof has free movement and access. You do not need to supply the cable or do anything with the cable once it is run through the roof.

I live in a one storey terrace house and there are small holes on the roof which cause water to come through when it rains (the water does not drip through the roof but three are some stains on the paint in the roof). Need them to be patched.
