Water ingress in three spots (photos attached showing leaks from inside the roof cavity): 1. Leak repairs - Water tracking in behind flashing near the rear downpipe - Several cracked tiles at the rear over the kitchen - Leak on the side at the back above the hot water pipes – possibly cracked tiles, needs inspection 2. Drainage/stormwater upgrades Whole-house catchment currently runs to only 2 downpipe points – too much water, not enough discharge. Rear downpipe off the rain head isn't spreading properly onto the lower back roof (main leak driver). Scope: - Modify rear downpipe to spread evenly across lower back roof - Add overflow holes to rear lower guttering - Inspect ridge pointing below upper rear rain head for cracks; repoint if needed - Replace eaves gutter with slotted overflow-style gutter - Add extra rain heads and discharge points Please quote fixed price with itemised breakdown. Repair or replace a section of my gutter as well as fixing my down pipe

It's a 2-story house with an extra tower like structure that has a ledge. We noticed the wall gets soaked up when raining and water pools in the gutter and there is already visible water damage inside the house. We suspected the soaker tray is clogged and there were few cracks to be fixed. we need the following job done: soaker tray cleaned, Soaker and or apron flashing installed to fix water flow. Clean and seal the cracks on the ledge and add some sort of flashing that covers it and is like slope so the water don't pool in it. Patch sarking, Rerender and paint wall of the tower like structure Please indicate in the quote how you plan to do it, which type of flashing etc..what type of sealant or polyurethane.

I have checked with a drone that I have 2 small holes on the roof of my two storey house. It is a flat tin roof. I need someone to silicone those holes as a temporary fix. Access is possible with an extendable ladder from top of the garage roof (other people have accessed it this way)

I have purchased pet furniture protector scratch resistant. Sticks to couch. I have 4 rolls of 30cm wide X 3 metre each roll. I have partially covered the couch. Just struggling with the corners. My dogs use the grass on my rear balcony. However the balcony does not have drainage and the run off goes to the car space below. I have been given permission by body corporate to add a gutter and tap into drainpipe next to the balcony so this can collect runoff and i can hose down and clean the balcony without run off going downstairs.

Currently sound travels too easily between rooms and can sometimes be distracting to other people trying to sleep or study. I’d like to be able to be in my room and have reasonable sound proofing so room level sounds dont travel across to other rooms.

We have a timber pergola roughly 4m x 5m that I’d like to put some clear or tinted laserlite type roofing on. It previously had some fitted but I removed it, but would now like reinstate. The area is approximately 4m deep and 5m wide, but I will confirm exact dimensions and more photos later.
