Need an undercoat/sealant and then two coats of monument grey paint Roof is approx 35x12m. Cleaning has already been done, will just need a quick high pressure blow/wash.

I’m looking for someone to check and clean my gutters and downpipes. The downpipe and rainwater head on the kitchen side seem to be blocked, and there may be blockages in some of the other downpipes too. The house is built on a slope. From the front it appears to be a two-storey house, but from the backyard side only a single-storey height is required to access the gutters.

I require a free quote from a certified roof plumber that holds a current VBA registration. I will need a written, itemised quote on company letterhead as this is deemed maintenance work that I need to pay before insurance completes the work they are required to do. The maintenance work required: roof apron/valley flashing rectification, ceiling cavity debris removal and a single fractured roof tile to be replaced (we have the spare tile). 1. Valley and Apron Flashing Rectification: apron flashing has sagged into the valley termination, and the valley flashing terminates onto an apron flashing (my insurer has deemed this consistent with an installation defect). They are requiring this be rectified. Specifically noted: the hallway damage is described as consistent with this flashing issue, and the transition flashing above the bathroom/bedroom may allow debris to accumulate and contribute to water ingress. 2. Removal of Debris from Inside the Ceiling Cavity Debris accumulation inside the roof/ceiling cavity is listed as a required rectification item before internal repairs can proceed. The design/installation of the flashing was noted as a contributing factor to debris build-up. 3. Replacement of the Fractured Roof Tile A cracked/fractured tile was identified in the assessment and must be replaced as part of the external rectification works.

There are 3 sides to the carport guttering. I’m thinking that only one side - 2 at most - needs replacing. Approximately 6m each side. The front gutter is the one that ABSOLUTELY needs replacing, the side gutter is leaking for a small section near the front, while the rear gutter seem totally fine - no leaks.

There is a 3 inch approx missing chunk out of board on side of roof awning. Need someone to fill and repair slight crack near the missing chunk, and paint same colour, see photo.

Hi, I need my gutters cleaned out. There are some plants growing inside of them and would like them removed. I’m also assuming this heaps of debris of leaves etc inside the gutters that will need to be cleared out as well

Cleaning of gutters around one storey 4 bedroom house, including gutters on front verandah and gutters on edge of outside undercover structure. Pics are from when the house was bought and only to show what size it is. The gutters are quite full of debris they have not been cleaned properly in a few years.

Clean back just the one gutter on 2 storey house. There is guttermesh but debris is sitting on top.....quick job

I have one broken tile to be replaced. It is against the ridge line, so the one ridge tile will need to be taken off to access the broken tile. I have a replacement tile. The ridge tile will need to be remortared to match the existing mortar colour which is a blackish colour.
