Find a professional downpipe contractor in East Melbourne

Currently looking for a tradesperson who can inspect our gutter and downpipe issues between Sunday 30th August to Saturday 5th September. Tradesperson quotes all materials and labour after the inspection. The gutters at the front of the house have holes in them and also leak a bit at the corner, so I want them replaced 2.5m + 3.5m at front of house The garage gutter has a hole in it which leaks, and tends to overflow when it rains heavily. I want this gutter replaced as well, preferably to a larger size. 6.5m length at back of garage. The garage downpipe is not joined properly, so that needs to be rejoined too.

Looking for an experienced roof plumber or tiler to fix a minor water leak in my garage roof. Current Issue: The upper-level downpipe currently discharges a large volume of rainwater directly onto the lower garage roof tiles. During prolonged heavy rain, a small amount of water seeps through to the garage timber frame inside. The area was previously sealed with silicone, which stopped major leaks, but minor seepage still occurs during continuous rain. Scope of Work: Supply and install a downpipe spreader / extension pipe to redirect the upper water discharge straight into the lower gutter (instead of blasting the tiles). Clean off degraded old silicone/sealant around the flashing and tiles in that area. Re-seal any gaps around the wall flashing with high-grade roofing silicone to ensure a watertight finish. Hi, we need a down pipe replaced and also the soffit. It is 2 story building so will need some way of reaching the roof. Needs to be a licenced plumber.

I need a plumber / roofer to replace part of down pipe spreader to me. Nothing wrong with the spreader but the water drips onto the iron roof not the tiles which makes it super noisy when it rains. I need it to be extended to tiles or anywhere that doesn’t let the rain drop onto the metal part of the roof

Replace and paint my downpipe with an aluminum downpipe. I have the paint. No need to dig any holes as the connection to the underground pipe is fine. I have included a photo of one example done elsewhere in the house.

Supply and install a colour bond downpipe to an existing gutter down to the channel drain in front of my garage. I’m open to other reasonable installation advice. There are not enough downpipes so the gutter will overflow during heavy rain. Straight forward job and easy access and single floor.

The old downpipe was broken so i have removed it. I need someone to install a new downpipe from the gutter to the existing pipe. You will need your own tools and ladder and to go bunnings to buy the right size pipe and pieces. You will then need to paint it (i have the paint).
