Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with roof/ceiling rodent issues. I’ve been hearing animal movement in the ceiling/roof space for the past 3–4 days, usually at night (1–3am), but now also occasionally during daytime. Details: - Single-story brick house with tiled roof - Noise sounds like light running (likely rodents, not possums) - Stops when I knock on the ceiling - Heard movement possibly inside wall cavity as well No visible roof damage from outside, but likely a small entry point. What I need: - Inspection to locate entry point(s) - Sealing/blocking access (mesh or similar) - Advice or basic trapping if needed Previously had a similar issue resolved by sealing a gap, so I expect this to be a similar level job. Need a roof plumber to come and fix/repair box gutter/sump. Whenever there's heavy rain tons of water is getting into the garage somehow (I think from the sump being incorrectly built) Have attached some photos where you can actually see the timber frame of garage from the box gutter. Maybe the upstand is too short? Hard to tell.
