Old home with enclosed gutters needs repair in some areas due to rusting

I have a double storey home with enclosed gutter. Its an old home from the 80s. Need to fix some issues with gutters leaking due to rust and or blockage. I am only wanting repairs and not replacing.

Need an experienced plumber to inspect and repair multiple leaks in our house gutters and check that all downpipes are draining properly. Scope of work: - Inspect entire gutter run (200m2) - Identify all leak points and previous failed patches - Clean affected sections if required - Properly seal/patch leaks (not temporary fixes) - Check all downpipes for blockages and flow - Flush system with water to confirm drainage is working - Advise if any sections need replacement Requirements: - Must bring your own large extension ladder (4-6m) - Proper sealants/materials (polyurethane or equivalent, not basic silicone) - Able to work safely in narrow side path areas Notes: - Access is available around the house, but some areas are tight - Looking for a proper fix, not a quick patch job - There are leaks at 4–6 points (3–4 of them minor)
