Looking for an experienced handyman or roof repair person to repair a leaking corner joint on a single-storey Colorbond gutter. The existing sealant has failed and the gutter leaks during rain. I'd like the old sealant removed, the joint inspected, re-riveted if required, and resealed using a suitable roof and gutter sealant. I am looking for a licensed roof plumber to inspect and quote on fixing a drainage issue on a Colorbond roof. It is a townhouse, located in Glenroy. The photos show that the roof drainage isn't performing correctly. I want a professional to take a look and give me a practical, realistic solution to fix it. The Issues to Fix: Water Ponding: There is significant standing water sitting in the box gutter that isn't draining away properly after rain. It needs to be leveled or modified to shed water toward the outlet. Internal Leak: There appears to be water penetrating near a wall junction, causing a leak downstairs in a walk-in robe. Missing or poorly sealed flashings need to be rectified - if you cannot do this let me know so I can arrange with another professional. Sheet Condition: There seem to be a couple of small rusted perforations and old silicone joints that need a proper, permanent seal. I want to move on with this job asap.
