Need 3 x battens replaced and roof sheeting on balcony roof replaced. The rafters are fine but the battens have rotted as there is insufficient fall on roof. I Will also need Timber wedges or pads installed to increase fall and prevent this from reoccurring, or Klip lock profile as this will probably be easier to complete job. roof dimensions are approx 3m in width & 2m in length.
