Need a new downpipe installed and plumbed in under the house

Previous owner made amendments to 3 of the downpipes - they constantly leak out when it rains and I have to empty leaves out. I would like a quote to have them reconnected to roof. Photos attached

Reroute the downpipe as per highlighted in blue and remove red marked pipes. They are metal pipes

Require a plumber to come and inspect the drainage and drain pipes (it overflows a lot every time it rains), and possibly to remove leaf catchers and connect downpipes directly.
