gas hot water system stopped. Needs to be started again, may need troubleshoot

My hot water system stopped working suddenly. Vulcan gas storage hot water system Cold water is working normally throughout the house No water comes out from any hot water tap (kitchen, bathroom, shower etc.) Hot water was working normally yesterday Today there is zero flow from all hot water outlets No unusual noise from the hot water unit when hot taps are turned on Suspected issue may be a tempering valve, non-return valve, or hot water supply valve fault, but diagnosis is required. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair as soon as possible

Water not always dispensing water - LG fridge. When it stops working I have to remove the filter and put it back in for it to work again. Now it’s damaged. I want to fix the issue. I’m not sure if the pressure valve damaged

Need to fix bathroom shower tap, I have the tap but it’s few mm short. See attached photo

When water is being refilled, it leaks (forms like a fountain) from the position marked in the picture. Also the water shut off valve is jammed.

I need roof plumber (or gutters one) who swap position of my inlet to water tank. from right to the left side. (like spout form gutter to the water tank). So not so smart people installed it in totally wrong position, so I have no water but have huge roof areas). I attached photos. I need a quote for total job including materials (I think some parts of my current one pipes can be repurpose too). My budget price is for inspection only not job done.
