Seeking a qualified carpenter (or suitably experienced) to quote to cut out & replace any rotted timber with new timber on a single level weatherboard house in preparation for, and also during exterior house repaint in the early new year. Price is for a quote, as scope and extent of work requires assessment.

Cut and install quad to new skirting boards in lounge room (~12m). May also need caulking or wood putty to fill a few small gaps where old Foxtel unit had cut into floorboards (refer picture). I already have the wooden quad (oak colour; 12mm; 3m and 2.4m lengths)

The stainless steel handrail came loose between the pole and bracket. Need to reweld and tighten all other poles.

Cut mdf board that the fridge is sitting on. One of the legs of the fridge cannot be removed so the mdf needs to be cut to make room for the fridge to fit in. It is currently sitting in uneven in the cupboard.

2 strong wooden frames support perspex which provides cover to the back of the house. They are above head height. we need the cross struts removed before the back of the house is painted.
