We have a tall kitchen cabinet we’d like to reconfigure with an oven & microwave and use the rest of the space with drawers under the oven and a cupboard above the microwave. Can the existing door be used for drawer fronts and cupboard door? The hob is only 2 rings and we’d like to make space for a larger one. We also have a very heavy drawer under the bathroom sink that needs better runners to cope with the weight.

I’m looking to get timber cut into 10 x 25cm long segments and also delivered to Kensington can anyone help with this? I haven’t purchased the timber yet but something like the image (90 x 35mm) would be great.

There's no space for a dishwasher even if I take out shelving because of pipes, no clearance of at least 650mm on each side of pipes. Looking for minimum amount of modifications to current kitchen to accommodate a dishwasher. Probably where the fridge is now make a slot for a full sized dishwasher and a pantry on top and move the fridge slot and wine rack to the right side where the pantry is now. Requirements: -slot in standard dishwasher space and pantry is created - proper space left, and port for required electrical and water outlets -Fridge space and wine rack above moved -finished properly (integrated flat molding into the ceiling) If you can reduce costs and reuse the wood from the current pantry would be good.

Fix the wood and repaint the stairwell to look like what it was before. My dog freaked out about fireworks and damaged the stairwell by chewing it.

Hi, I’m looking for a carpenter/handyman to build a freestanding wall in my warehouse, covering the area shown in the attached photo (approx. 5.7m wide × 3.35m high). Here are the key requirements: The wall should cover as much of the surface as possible with Birch plywood panels, creating a clean and warm “wall-like” appearance. It must be a freestanding wall (not fixed into the concrete wall), but I don’t want it to be too thick, as I’d like to save the space behind. Ideally, it can be made slim (approx. 50–60mm depth) but still stable and safe. Optional: Adding wheels/casters for mobility would be a bonus, but they must not be visible from the front. Needs to be finished neatly so it looks like a proper wall for showroom/product photography.
