Three wet areas: main bathroom (bath + shower + toilet + vanity), second bathroom (shower + toilet + vanity), downstairs laundry/toilet. Roughly 9–10m² of exposed floor tile. 1. Silicone — both showers. Strip all old silicone: screen-to-tile, screen track to base, internal corners, base-to-tile. Same for the bath-to-tile junction in the main bathroom. Screen tracks are stained and need cleaning out before resealing. Mould-treat and allow to dry before reapplying. 2. Perimeter caulk — all walls, all three rooms. The joint between floor tile and skirting is open and grubby throughout. Strip out, clean, re-caulk. Approx 20–24 lineal metres. 3. Grout clean — floors, all three rooms. Alkaline pre-spray, dwell time, mechanical agitation. No acid-based cleaners. 4. Spot regrout. Approx 1.5 lineal metres of failed floor joint in the main bathroom — see the attached photos with red markings. If you spot similar failed joints elsewhere while working, let me know before doing any additional work rather than regrouting them. IMPORTANT: Colour: grout and sealant to be colour-matched to the existing grout, which is a cream/sandstone tone. Not brilliant white. Order of works: strip old silicone → clean grout → allow to dry fully → then caulk and reseal. Photos attached, including marked-up shots showing the joints for spot regrout.

Tile front door step, with tiles provided. Total area is only about 1.3m x 0.4m. Cut provided tiles to size (currently they are 300x300mm) and tile the front and top of doorstep. Remove old tiles first. Would not even need to come into house as can be done from the outside.

Hi, I've a couple of loose tiles. I investigated and the cement underneath had broken/powdered into sand. The waterproofing seems fine. Task is to take up loose tiles, clean those tiles and re-lay the cement and re-grout tiles to the bathroom floor. EDIT - 25 March I'm going to see about getting replacement tiles. Updates to come.

We have some water leaking from under our shower. A plumber has confirmed the plumbing is all working properly, and that there are some cracks in tiles that need repair, along with some regrouting

I need a qualified tiler to tile my apartment balcony which requires the fall to be done well so there is no water pooling. The space is approx 16m2.
