Hello: I recently had new floor tiles installed in a small bathroom. Around the shower floor drain the tiles had to be hand cut to fit the waste. The finish around the drain and along a few grout lines is a bit rough/uneven (see photos). The installer advised that this was unavoidable due to the cuts required around the drain. Before accepting that, I’m hoping to get a second opinion and see whether the finish can be improved — for example through tidying the grout lines, re-grouting, or another solution. Ideally I’d like someone with tiling experience who can: • Assess whether the finish can be improved • Tidy up the grout lines around the drain if possible • Suggest any practical improvements The bathroom is otherwise fully finished, so I’m hoping for a targeted cosmetic improvement rather than major re-tiling. The out door area has become unstable. We believe we need to remove all the tiles and replace the underlay and place the tiles back.

Replace 2 tiles in the bathroom. Each tile is 18.5cm x 37.5cm. I already have the tile to replace it, but it needs to be cut to the specs above.

The tiles and shower base will already be removed. Tiles will of course be provided. The whole floor area is around 4.5m2 + the shower.

Regrout/shower edge (sealant) that is mouldy

We have moved into a new apartment and the grout and caulk in the bottom half of our shower is in need of redoing as it is crumbling and/or terribly done.

Rebuilding our BBQ area. Placing a tile bench top and require a capable tiler who will be able to cut and place the tiles in place. Tiles will be provided as well as flashing. You will provide required tools including cutting, bonding cement along with your expertise. I will be available to assist in lifting tiles into place.
