Some of the grouting around 1-2 bathroom tiles seem to be falling away — needs fixing

Between 40 to 80 tiles (small normal size square) to replace existing. (We have the tiles). Tiler is to provide the grout and cement sheet to fit. Need to remove the old 40 to 80 tiles outside onto a plastic tarp. Has been done a few times before over the past 27 years.

I need a capable plumber to replace a porcelain toilet cistern. You'll need to buy a suitable replacement and install it. Test and confirm. I will pay for the cistern. Hi All I’m looking for someone to replace 4 individual, broken fireplace tiles and replace the wooden floor trim around the tiles. Please see photos. I have the replacement tiles but will need you to supply the trim. The trim needs to be a darker brown (similar to shown, to match the floor). Dimensions of fireplace for the trim: 46cm x 134cm The trim cannot be >15mm wide as needs to fit in gap between fireplace and bookshelf – see photo above. We have a mens cubicle that has some old chipped tiles. Looking to get these tiles removed and replaced. The bathroom is not used often but needs to be cleaned up as it will be used whilst another bathroom is renovated. As this bathroom won't be used much it does not need fancy tiles.
