Find a professional tiler in Abbotsford VIC

Hi. I live in an apartment that has a shower with tiles. A few tiles are loose (they compress when pressure is applied). Looking to replace with a shower pan. Its a case where its squishy in that after usage, if you press down water comes out with a squishy sound. I'm thinking of either redoing the whole base or replacing it with a shower base pan.

A couple of years ago now, a small crack appeared in my glass kitchen splashback. My real estate at the time told me it was my responsibility to replace it, but I found out that the glass used for the splashback was likely unsuitable - apparently, kitchen splashbacks are supposed to withstand 200+ degrees of heat, way more than could be emitted by an air fryer, and if they're exposed to any stress or force, they're meant to shatter completely instead of crack. I'm now looking for a certified AGWA-registered glazier, not to replace the glass, but simply to assess the splashback and provide a written compliance assessment regarding AS 1288 compliance, so I can show it to my property manager as proof of it to be their responsibility to replace it.
