Looking for an experienced tiler or bathroom maintenance professional to regrout my bathroom shower area. Scope of work: Remove existing grout from shower and surrounding tiled areas where required. Treat and remove mould/mildew staining. Regrout all affected areas with suitable waterproof bathroom grout. Remove and replace silicone sealant in all necessary junctions (e.g. where tiles meet the bath and in other movement joints). Ensure the finished grout lines are neat, clean, and water-resistant. Current condition: The existing grout is heavily discoloured with black mould staining in places and is deteriorating. The shower screen has previously been removed, and there is also a small rusty hole in the bath rim that I'd appreciate advice on, although regrouting is the primary task. Please include in your offer: Whether grout and silicone are included in your quote. Your experience with bathroom regrouting and mould remediation. Estimated duration of the job.

Need someone to tile a splashback around the kitchen stove, approx 3.3m2 altogether. The stove is located in a nook, so the area to be tiled is three walls around the stove. There is a canopy rangehood above the stove and one light switch in the area to be tiled. The tiles are porcelain, 61cm x 15cm. There is an additional task for the laundry floor where tiles were broken. This area is approx 60cm x 17cm.

I would like to tile over my glass splash back in my kitchen. I have the tiles and will have grout. Would like some advice on how to achieve a certain colour with the grout as its quite specfic.

I would like the glass splashback around the window reveal and above one benchtop removed to assist with make good works around window frame. I plan to repaint the wall behind the splashback until I am able to do a full kitchen renovation. The splashback behind the cooktop wall will remain as is for now. Splashback to be removed size - 3240L x 680H x 320H (to window sill)

My tenant noticed that when she has longer than usual showers, the carpet in the room next to the bathroom gets wet. Any other issues (damaged pipes and drainage, leaking from hot water system) has been already ruled out. I just need to waterproof the shower. I need to: a) waterproof and silicone along wall of the bathroom, b) install a tile boarder edge; c) regrout and resilicone the shower - we are talking about some micro holes, the shower looks is decent conditions. c) install a 3 cm silicone edge to isolate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. Shower size: 148 cm width, 84 cm depth, 190 cm height, 56 cm door.
