I am looking for an experienced tile polishing professional to clean, polish and refresh the floor tiles in: 2 small bathrooms 1 separate toilet The tiles have become dull over time and I am looking to improve their appearance, shine and overall finish. 1. Bottom floor-to-wall joints & walll vertical internal corner joints. The existing silicone sealant has developed mold. Need to be scrapped out & reapply with fresh, mold resistant sanitary silicone. 2. Floor regrouting. The grout between tiles has degraded. Need to be regrouted. 3. Leaking Shower Screen. Water is leaking out from underneath the bottom corner & middle frame of the glass shower screen & pooling on the main bathroom floor. It currently has a clear white sealant on the of frame (the inner only) and reapply with a fresh one, mold resistant sanitary silicone. The shower floor dimension is 76 x 120 cm .

Tile bathroom splashback wall - floor to ceiling, mostly covered by vanity and shaving cabinet. Updated post as it has been pointed out to me it would look silly if just behind vanity was done

I have a 0.8m2 area above my laundry sink to be tiled. I have the tiles glue grout ect just need some one experienced to do the work.

My kitchen is 3m*4m - we'd like the current tiles removed & disposed of & new tiles put down instead. We're looking at a pattern tile like the attached - a 200x200 tile. It's a relatively new apartment so there shouldn't be too much trouble with levelling once the current tiles are removed but I understand that would be extra cost if there's extra work. I'd like the skirting boards removed & put back on afterwards.

The inside of the sink has been stained by an unknown substance. The stain cannot be removed and must be restored to the original color by whatever means are possible. I have no clue what the best course of action would be.
