Need an experienced tiler/bathroom handyman to refresh silicone and tidy grout in my Southbank apartment bathroom. Scope: • Remove and replace silicone around shower base/screen, shower niche and any needed floor/wall junctions • Spot clean and regrout small cracked or missing grout sections (no full regrout) • Leave area clean and ready to use Details: • 1 bathroom, small laundry nook • Tiles/grout mostly in good condition – cosmetic/maintenance only • You supply all materials (quality mould‑resistant silicone and grout)

I am just gathering your quotes at this point. I’ve just put a $10 figure in but please send your estimate . We’re renovating our small bathroom in April. We have a tiler doing the majority. We’ll need a certified plumber to come in to install the toilet, bath and convert 3 double taps to mixers. Compliance certificates will be needed. None of the plumbing is moving. Everything is just being replaced where it is. 2nd floor apartment. Please send your rough estimates. We can land on something firm after a site inspection. I’m just keen to see who’s available, their experience and some ball park prices.
