The grout in my tiled shower area is mouldy, discoloured and coming away in some places. Most of the damage is at the shower end of the bathtub, where the area receives the most water. The silicone around the bathtub, wall corners and glass shower screen also needs replacing. Please provide separate quotes for: 1. Repairing only the damaged areas. 2. Regrouting and resealing the entire shower section. Please include materials and clean-up, check for loose or damaged tiles, and advise me before doing any additional work. Photos are attached.

I'm looking for an experienced tiler or grout specialist to regrout and reseal my shower. The work includes: Remove old, cracked or discoloured grout where required. Regrout all wall tiles. Replace silicone sealant around the tub, water mixer Apply a quality grout sealer to protect against moisture and staining. Leave the area clean and tidy once the job is complete. Invoicing I'm after a high-quality finish from someone with experience in grout restoration and sealing. Please bring your own tools and materials, or let me know what's included in your quote. Estimate area to seal and regrout: Height 197x width 70 x length 145 May not need to do the whole height, provide your assessment. Car park may be available for tradies van.

1. Bottom floor-to-wall joints & walll vertical internal corner joints. The existing silicone sealant has developed mold. Need to be scrapped out & reapply with fresh, mold resistant sanitary silicone. 2. Floor regrouting. The grout between tiles has degraded. Need to be regrouted. 3. Leaking Shower Screen. Water is leaking out from underneath the bottom corner & middle frame of the glass shower screen & pooling on the main bathroom floor. It currently has a clear white sealant on the of frame (the inner only) and reapply with a fresh one, mold resistant sanitary silicone. The shower floor dimension is 76 x 120 cm .
