Hi there, I am requesting a quote for re-grouting and silicone remediation at my apartment prior to my upcoming sale. 
The job can be scheduled anytime in the next 2 weeks. 

Please find the scope of work below:
 Scope of Work: Floor Re-grouting
 Total Area: Roughly estimated around 14 sqm Tile Type: Large-format floor tiles (Please see attached photo for reference)
 1. Kitchen area: Approx 8.1 sqm (its smaller than this but I can’t get accurate measurements currently) 2. Bathroom Floors (x2): 4.48 sqm total (2.24 sqm per bathroom, excluding shower recesses) 3. Shower Bases (x2): 1.68 sqm total (0.84 sqm per shower). Might also need re-grouting of some areas in ONE of the shower walls. * Re-siliconing of shower (x2) * Note: The shower has barely been used so it might not need re-siliconing to even re-grouting. I would actually appreciate your suggestion upon inspection on whether the second shower base needs rerouting and re-siliconing at all. 
 * Requirement: Mechanical removal of existing floor grout and re-grouting, combined with complete removal of old silicone joints and application of new, mold-resistant wet-area silicone to all internal corners and bottom edges. * Note: There are no known leaks or waterproofing failures. This is strictly a cosmetic repair for my upcoming sale. 
 Logistics & Access: * Location: Greenway, Tuggeranong. * Equipment and tools: Not supplied. * Site Inspection(if needed prior to work): I don’t live at the address currently and am available on weekdays before 8:30 AM, during the lunch hour (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM), or after 5:00 PM or weekend anytime to show you the place if you need. * Job times: I can drop off the keys and let you into the property to complete the work anytime during the days.

Need someone to fix up this mess. I had my bathroom renovated by an amateur. The bathtub probably needs some magic acid type thing to clean properly (this is what it looks like cleaned with normal products). And I just had a professional tiler tell me that they can't regrout it because the gap between the tiles and tub is too big. The silicone under the taps is coming off, so can't be cleaned. The end result doesn't need to be perfect, but just make it look cleaner than this please.

our shower cubicle grout is not great - some has gone missing, mould etc in some spots and seals bit old. We also had a leaking shower tap, and a plumber re-seated taps (not sure why) as well as replacing washers. Shower power seems to have been affected - he’s no longer in business. While shower head is also water saving, I’m keen to maybe replace and have a fuller shower experience. Budget not clear on.

The bathroom, ensuite and a separated small toilet needs to be regrout or reseal wherever required. A soap holder has fine crack which needs to be replaced if possible. The basin and bath tube in the main bathroom need to regrout the edge (about 3-3.5 meters) against the wall. Please provide a quote.
