I'd like a wooden (plywood?) block for my cat door that I can easily pull up and down to block and un-block it. Perhaps with a fixed tracks on end side, and you just slide the block up and down.

The one quote I've had from a glazier was crazy expensive; they said they would have to replace the whole glass panel (which measures 210 x 102 cm).
