I have three two-way lights (two switches per light). One switch on each pair already has a Shelly. I want a Shelly added at the other switch on each pair as well. These are smart bulbs (Wiz). The bulbs need to stay permanently powered. The wall switches should operate as inputs only and should not cut power to the lamp. No-neutral Shelly modules caused flicker on these bulbs, so they are not suitable. The extra modules need a proper active and neutral. There is no neutral at the switch plates that do not already have a Shelly. There is a neutral at each plate that already has a Shelly. Separate item: a two-gang plate. One mech is connected to a light, the other mech is spare and not connected to a load. I want a Shelly on the spare mech for automations only. It needs power only, not a lamp on the output. That spare mech also has no neutral of its own.I have already bought 4 × Shelly 1 Gen 4 which can be used.

This task is just for hanging a TV in the wndow of our shop using a wall mount: we will provide the wall mount and the 55" TV, we require professional installation. Time should be 1 hour work plus travel time, there are solid beams to attach to. But we would also like you to provide an hourly rate for work going forward, as we will have a variety of handyman-type work to do in a small café , including attaching window decals precisely, hanging pictures and plants, and hanging 12V (wall plug) signs and lights to the wall or a chain. The Landlord and Building Management are a large company and require the following with no exception: - ABN - liability insurance - workers comp insurance - basic JSA/SWMS (we may be able to help) If you do not have these, we can not hire you. However, once you provide this info to us and us to the building, you will qualify for doing other work in the various units in the building, which might be worthwhile...
