Need a handyman to fix a door that’s not latching properly at my café (315 Montague St, Albert Park). The bolt latch/strike plate is misaligned and needs realigning or replacing. There’s also some mould around the door frame that needs cleaning. Photos attached. Quick job — should take under an hour.
