Looking for an experienced handyman to fix two internal doors at my home in Brighton VIC 3186. 1. Sliding Door Repair Internal sliding door is getting stuck and cannot fully close. Suspect the top track, rollers or alignment may need adjusting. Need someone to inspect and adjust/repair it so the door slides smoothly and closes properly. 2. Door Lock Repair The thumb-turn lock on another internal door is jammed and won't turn. Not sure whether it needs lubrication, adjustment or repair. Prefer to repair the existing lock rather than replace it if possible. Both jobs to be completed in one visit. Please bring your own tools and have experience with sliding door tracks and door locks. : Garage door has stopped operating. Looking for someone experienced with garage door controls/electronics to diagnose and repair it as economically as practical. The control box is an Elsema ADC-202 system with a 240V → 24V transformer (photos attached). Current symptoms: Power is getting to the control box Unit appears completely dead – no LEDs/lights No relay clicks when powered on Front door-control button does nothing Onboard control buttons also do nothing Power has been disconnected/reconnected with no change Suspect a relatively simple power-supply issue such as transformer, internal/inline fuse, rectifier/power supply or control-board fault, but needs proper testing. Ideally looking for someone who can test the 240V input, 24V transformer output and control board, identify the failed component and repair/replace only what is necessary. Not looking to replace the whole garage-door opener unless it genuinely needs it. Happy to pay fairly for someone who knows these systems and can diagnose it efficiently.
