Looking for someone with basic handyman experience to attach metal sheets (made from aluminium) to a rear back door facing the street. Metal sheets and adhesive will be supplied. The panels will likely need to be clamped in place while the adhesive cures (please bring suitable clamps). If required and appropriate, the panels can also be secured with screws for additional strengths (no screws supplied). Looking for a neat, professional finish with good alignment.

We have an existing door that needs replacing with a new door that has been purchased and painted at our home. The doors are the same size (34mm thick , 820mmW , 2340mmH) and we need to reuse the existing hinges and hardware and swap them over to the new door. (Both doors are hollow core MDF). The door we are replacing works fine but has a hole in it that we covered up with a name plaque some time ago and now we are selling the house so need to get it replaced.

A solid timber rear door for a Californian bungalow that has become very difficult to close/open. The door appears to jam against the frame and seems to swell at times (possibly due to weather), requiring significant force to shut. Not sure whether the issue is with the door itself, the hinges, the frame, or another component, so looking for someone experienced in door repairs to inspect it, diagnose the cause, and carry out the necessary repair. We have an internal door that has a hole in it - we have covered it up with a timber kids name plaque that can’t be removed without further damage to the door. We have had advice that the best solution will be to replace the door and swap over the hardware to the new door. The current paint finish appears to be a 2 pack finish in Dulux Lexicon Half. Door size is standard size: 2340 x 820 x 35 hollow core. We’d like someone who can ideally apply the spray paint finish to the door and install the door with existing hardware retained.

Door has come off its runner but the pelmet needs to be removed in order to put it back on.

If you push fence out, and slam the door, it does fit. But that’s not ideal. Aim is for fit it to fit easily.

Fix 2 things : 1. Garage door rail roller fell off on the right side of the door. 2. The bolt also came off on the right side. Although I can still use the garage door to open and close.
