We need a door handle fixed for a client. It's a simple job. You'll need a set of Allen keys and a drill and a sharpie pen. You'll need to remove the handle, drill a small hole in the metal spindle for the grub screw to go into, then replace the handle. The picture shown is not the actual unit but its exactly like this. There is a grub screw on the under side of each handle. The grub screws should tighten into a hole to hold the handle on. We need you to go in and drill the hole, to stop the handle falling off.

spa glass fence glass door does not lock properly. the posts have moved closer together and it is hard to close the door. the glass door may need new holes drilled or a different type of lock installed.

I need a window professionally repaired by a tradesman with proven experience. Repair is on external wood rot on circa 25cm section of sill and 5cm of upright section per photos. I need rotted sections replaced with hardwood and repaired, sealed and painted. I also need flashing above sealed/ fixed to prevent further water damage.

Need to get some rubbish removed from a property. There is around 30 bags of predominantly green waste (leaves, weeds and some soil) in a garage. The garage also needs a door replaced. The door measures around 2040x720x350mm, but I'd like you to confirm your own measurements first though. There is a Bunnings and a Bowens around the corner from the property to source a new door. Just a cheap internal door will be fine. Ideally the door is white or a neutral colour. There is white paint available onsite which can be used if desired.
