Hi, we’re looking for someone to replace our existing external door with a new plain door and fit a large doggy door. We’ll supply the new door and doggy door from Bunnings. The job would be: * Remove the existing door. * Trim the new door to the correct height * Transfer the existing hinges, lock and handles onto the new door * Cut and install the large doggy door * Hang and adjust the new door so everything works properly * Seal the exposed/cut edges so it’s ready for us to paint The new door is 2040 x 820 x 35mm, and the existing door is 2007 x 820 x 35mm, so it’ll need around 33mm trimmed from the height. We’re supplying all the materials — just need someone who’s comfortable with hanging doors, transferring door hardware and fitting a large dog door. Ideally looking for someone who’s done this sort of thing before and is comfortable hanging doors and fitting doggy doors.

Garage Door Repair Needed Sectional garage door isn’t pulling up but closes fine. Motor works and pulls down correctly, but won’t lift the door. Looking for someone to diagnose and repair.

Our house seems to have moved and our French doors are now misaligned so that they are very difficult to close and lock. There right hand leaf in the photos is sticking at the bottom and has a bigger gap at the top than the left hand leaf. I need someome who can help rehang the doors so they close and lock more easily.

Our cavity sliding door for the powder room has broken. The roller mechanism at the top of the door, which runs inside the track, has failed. This has caused the door to drop and come off the track, leaving it stuck and unable to slide open or shut. In the process, there may be some minor damage to the top edge of the door, the frame, or the surrounding plasterboard. The job requires fixing the door's sliding mechanism so it works smoothly again, as well as repairing any of this associated damage to the door or wall. I have attached photos showing the broken roller and the door's current state.

The roller door to the garage isn’t closing properly, it comes down but then immediately goes back up and then just stays open.
