Wheels on security screen door need replacing

This is a garage back door in a rental property. It was replaced not very long ago, a couple of years. Then it fell off and was re-attached back. Now the hinges became loose again. It still hanges, but not very secure. In needs to be fixed properly, perhaps better hinges used or additional hinges added.

Instal internal double doors. The cavity will need a frame and a ceiling vent moved to allow for the frame work.

I have bought a brand new Fingerprint ID door lock system, that will replace me having to use a key to go inside my house. It also has the capability to use a keypad as well. I would like help to install this EUFY device into the door as well as mounting the keypad onto the brick wall on the right of the door.
