Frame up a rear entrance door (space is 1120 wide). Install rear door (already purchased and on-site Install hardware on door (handle and deadbolt, hinges, purchased). Cladding (or alternative) installed to fill space next to door frame. Raising of concrete floor of 2.5 sqm alcove so that it is ready to be tiled, flush with our wooden kitchen floor. Cut out of concrete on each side of alcove, under existing doors (See photos) Rebuild of 2 steps leading out from door. The concrete floor is around 2.5 sqm with two steps leading down to pavers. The 2 steps will also need redoing to ensure correct riser to code. Ceiling is already done. Expectation that any trim and finishing required is completed so there are no gaps or drafts.
