Hi, I’m looking for an experienced bathroom sealing specialist to carry out maintenance work in 2 bathrooms. Our building inspection report identified shallow grout lines in the main shower and recommended epoxy grout resealing. Work required: 1. Grouting & Sealing * Inspect and repair or replace deteriorated grout in both shower areas. * Apply epoxy grout or suitable waterproof grout where needed, particularly in the main shower as recommended in the inspection report. 2. Re-Siliconing * Remove old or deteriorated silicone where necessary. * Apply new waterproof, mould-resistant silicone around shower floors, wall corners, tile joints and other areas requiring sealing. 3. Shower Door Seals & Waterproofing * Inspect and replace worn or damaged shower door waterproof sealing strips, including bottom seals and vertical seals. * Check and reseal shower glass door frames, edges and bottom tracks where necessary to prevent water leakage. * Ensure the shower doors are properly sealed without blocking drainage holes. 4. General Inspection * Check both shower areas for any gaps, deteriorated seals or potential water leakage points. * Recommend any additional sealing or maintenance work if needed. I’m not entirely sure of the exact repairs required, so I’d appreciate someone experienced who can inspect both bathrooms and recommend the appropriate work. Please bring all necessary tools and materials. Looking for a professional, neat and long-lasting finish. Please provide a quote for both bathrooms, including labour and materials. BOSS garage door motor not working. Both remotes stopped working at same time so I believe it has to do with the motor.

The awning on the second floor bedroom window is broken and needs to be removed. The height is probaby 2.5 std floors up and the ground is somewhat uneven. Assume a tall ladder is required, possibly two to safely remove. Image can be provided on request.

My apartment's timber entry door is rubbing against the metal door frame at the top corner, leaving scuff marks on the frame. I'd like it diagnosed and fixed so the door swings and closes freely without contact. What I need: Inspect why the door is rubbing (loose or sagging hinges, door closer adjustment, frame out of square, or door swelling) Fix the cause, e.g. tighten or shim the hinges, adjust the door closer, or adjust the door/frame as needed. Only plane or trim the door if there's no better fix. Make sure the door latches and closes properly afterwards

I need my motor recessed so that the wall brackets holding the rail is screwed into the cornice . The cornice had a piece of timber . I bogged it with cement. I need the screws to go into the cement bog . The wall underneath above the door is hollow.
