Hi all, I have a window leaking from the outside. I believe the window cell needs siliconing/caulking. It’s roughly 6m up from the deck on a flush wall. I assume it to be a quick and easy job I just don’t a ladder high enough. Thank you James

Three different tasks. The rear sliding door locking mechanism is loose and needs tightening. The front security door slowing device has come off. Perhaps missing a small piece which holds it on. The kitchen sink tap is loose.

I am seeking assistance to re-hang our joinery door. It fell off its hinges so I am unsure if there is any permanent damage to the hinges themselves. There is a Bunnings 5mins down the road if new hinges are required. The door is extremely heavy and will likely need two people to rehang.
