Find professional cornice repairs in Northcote

Seeking plasterer to cut and install cornice for installation in five rooms in our Northcote home. Cornice is 110x110mm section (photo attached). Approx 42m of cornice to install across the five rooms. Photo attached highlights rooms that need this new cornice installed - Walls highlighted in blue are new and need the new cornice installed, walls in green have old 90x90 radius cornice which needs to be removed before new cornice installed.Cornice and cornice cement supplied by me, this task is for labour for the removal and installation only. This task is in an occupied home so needs to be completed quickly with consideration for the family living there

Skilled plasterer needed to install 2 lengths of cornice. Will need to cut corners of interfacing cornice to match in. Photo shows 1 side, needs to be installed on the opposite side also. Cornice is approx 110x110, photo attached

I am looking for someone who can install 5 cornices at my house. Cornices are to be installed in a bathroom (4 walls) and a straight run in the kitchen. I already have the cornices on site ready to install, just need someone to help install and also supply some cornice cement. Looking for someone to quote to do the job (time). Happy to pay for materials separately with cash if necessary. Happy to receive quotes as hourly rate, or for the full job. My quote estimate is guide for the full job. Job also includes filling in a plaster hole from a down light we’ve removed and a hole in the wall where a PowerPoint has been moved. Quote for plaster, base coat and top coat. I have a 3 x 3.5m room that need cornices removed and square set. The room also has holes on the walls, a gap under the window, and vents to cover up. I’m not sure of cost so please advise.
