Garage door opener not working – need repair (door currently stuck open) I have an automatic garage door with a GDS 800 garage door opener installed on the ceiling. The door is currently stuck in the open position and the opener is not responding. The remote control does not work, the wall switch inside the garage does not work, and even the manual red button on the motor unit does not activate the door.
