Garage door needs fixing

Issue: The windows do not stay open and slide down immediately. The internal spiral balances (springs) are broken or have lost tension. Currently, we are using wooden sticks to keep them open, which is a safety hazard. Scope of work: • Inspect 8 windows and identify the correct spiral balance size/type. • Supply and install new spiral balances • Ensure all windows operate smoothly and stay open at any height.
