Job 2 – Repair small concrete expansion joint * Clean out the damaged section of the expansion joint at the corner of the garage entrance. * Fill and seal it using Sikaflex Pro-3 Concrete Grey (available from Bunnings), or an equivalent traffic-rated polyurethane joint sealant suitable for vehicles driving over. * Use foam backer rod first if required. * Leave a neat, professional finish that blends in with the existing joint. Put new hinges on door and then mount door on door frame.

Front door very stiff and very difficult to open. Silicon seal on front door also coming out and needs to be put back in. Bathroom door handle has been mounted poorly so then door doesn’t shut or remain shut properly so needs to be shifted/ fixed.
