My garage roller door isn’t operating properly. The roller drum (top barrel/rod) has come out of alignment and is sitting unevenly inside the curtain. It looks like one side has dropped or shifted, creating a gap in the rolled curtain, which is stopping it from spinning smoothly. The door needs to be lifted/reseated so the roller rod sits correctly and the curtain rolls evenly again.
