I have a standard size manual roller garage door (about 2.5m high × 2.2m wide). I want to convert it to an automatic door with a motor and remote. This is automation only. I want to keep the existing roller door and add a motor to it. I’m not looking to replace the door. Looking for someone experienced with garage doors / roller door motors. Task includes: - Supplying and installing a suitable motor (or installing one I buy, open to discussion) - Making sure the door runs smoothly and safely - Setting up remotes and basic operation - Power is available in the garage. Car hit the last garage door panel and got bend. The last panel derailed. It is not major issue by looking at the bend.

1. Realign powder room sliding door so that it can slide and close smoothly. Currently, it cannot closed. 2. Realign garage door/locking mechanism. Door is not aligned and requires strong force to close. Lock mechanism also not aligned.

The main entrance door has come off the hinges. Needs to be re-hung. The place where the screws go it are not the best and maybe the hinge positions need to be changed. The door by itself seems usable to there is no need for a new door (potentially). The other door is the laundry door. To be replaced too. I will provide both doors. Just need someone to hang them for me

Need x2 window winders replaced. Brand is southern star window Would prefer same brand but open to other brands. Other brands id assume will require drilling of new holes into the window frame which id prefer to avoid Qualified people only
