Hi there, I have a few maintenance jobs that need a handyman or carpenter. 1. Bedroom Door Replacement: A standard hollow-core internal bedroom door is badly broken and needs a full replacement. I need you to source and buy a matching 4-panel wood-grain textured door blank (standard size, roughly 2040mm high, available at Bunnings). You will need to trim it to fit, hang it on the existing frame/hinges, and dispose of the broken door. 2. Smart Lock Swap: Our existing passcode smart lock handle is completely undamaged and working perfectly. It "might" just needs to be carefully uninstalled from the old door and reinstalled onto the new door. 3. Window Screens: The mesh/flyscreen on our bedroom window and kitchen window have come loose from their frames but are not torn. They just need to be pulled tight and rolled back into the frame tracks (you may need to bring a bit of fresh spline cord). 4.Painting: Please supply paint and paint the new door white to match the room.

Need to replace door with a new door.

I have a double story home and need windows around the exterior of the home on both levels to be caulked. Around 23 windows in total various sizes.

I have a SecuraLift GDO-2 garage door opener (approx 10 years old). After a power outage the opener now hums/buzzes but the trolley/chain does not move, even with the door disengaged/manual mode. Door opens/closes manually fine. Suspect start capacitor or motor/drive issue. Looking for someone experienced with garage door motors (ATA/SecuraLift) to diagnose and repair. Please include: • Your experience with garage doors/openers • Call-out availability • Approx cost for capacitor replacement vs full motor replacement

Exterior door at rear of garage. Will be painted, need recesses chiselled and door hung on existing hinges. Damaged door removed.

My main door is loose and doesn’t lock properly with the door knob. When the other door’s window is open, wind pressure pulls/sucks the main door, causing it not to latch or stay closed. I need someone to: - inspect the door and frame - adjust or realign the door and or striker plate - advise if any minor parts (hinges, latch, striker, seals) need replacing.
