I have a SecuraLift GDO-2 garage door opener (approx 10 years old). After a power outage the opener now hums/buzzes but the trolley/chain does not move, even with the door disengaged/manual mode. Door opens/closes manually fine. Suspect start capacitor or motor/drive issue. Looking for someone experienced with garage door motors (ATA/SecuraLift) to diagnose and repair. My main door is loose and doesn’t lock properly with the door knob. When the other door’s window is open, wind pressure pulls/sucks the main door, causing it not to latch or stay closed. I need someone to: - inspect the door and frame - adjust or realign the door and or striker plate - advise if any minor parts (hinges, latch, striker, seals) need replacing. This seems like a handyman/ door adjustment job rather than a full door replacement.
