My roller garage door has come off the side track on one side and is not rolling properly. I’ve attached photos so you can see the issue. I’m not sure what caused it or how to put it back into the rail safely. Can anyone please help to fix it

Screws attaching the spring to the wall is off. Motor is working. Not rolling up. Spring is intact. May need to set the tension.
