Same as the floor in my house the architraves were coated in an epoxy and I need that removed so I can apply a water-based sealant. I have already scrapped off as much epoxy as I can, the only thing left is to sand the timber back to 120 grit. Takes some time with the 40 grit first off. I have the tools and sandpaper required.
