Same as the floor in my house the architraves were coated in an epoxy and I need that removed so I can apply a water-based sealant. I have already scrapped off as much epoxy as I can, the only thing left is to sand the timber back to 120 grit. Takes some time with the 40 grit first off. I have the tools and sandpaper required. There are 5 door ways in the house yet to be completed. There are also door stops that have been removed that also need sanding. The house is currently being renovated so will be great to line this up while I am building the deck outside to give you space to work. Some time in June probably 20-26th works
