I’m looking for an experienced garage door technician to diagnose and repair my garage door, and carry out a general service. Current issue: * The garage door opens normally using the remote. * The door does not close using the remote control. * However, I can close it manually by holding the minus (-) button on the Marantec Comfort 270 opener until the door reaches the fully closed position. * Looking for someone to diagnose and fix the issue. It may be a limit setting, safety sensor, configuration, or another fault. Service required: * Diagnose and repair the closing issue. * Service the garage door and opener. * Lubricate all moving parts (rollers, hinges, tracks, etc.). * Check springs, cables, rollers, tracks and door balance. * Tighten and inspect hardware. * Adjust travel limits and force settings if required. * Test all safety features and ensure the door opens and closes reliably using the remote. Garage door opener: Marantec Comfort 270. Please bring the necessary tools and lubricants. If replacement parts are required, let me know before proceeding with any additional costs. I have a dog door that is large-ish that I want to reduce the size of.
