Every existing rotary fan speed controller/dimmer must be changed to a plain on/off isolation switch. 1. Living room (ground floor), 48" fan. Straight swap for an existing 4-blade AC fan on a short downrod, flat ceiling. 2. Study/office (ground floor), 36" fan. Replaces a decorative glass pendant on a rotary dimmer. I've seen older photos of this room show a fan installed here at some point, but please do not assume the existing fixing is fan-rated. There is no roof space above this ceiling (bedrooms above), so it can't be reached from above. The old pendant is being binned. 3. Bedroom (first floor), 36" fan. Replaces an existing 3-blade AC fan, flat ceiling, roof space above with manhole access. The wall controller is broken and the plate can't be screwed back on (see photo). Whatever this needs to be made good, please include it. Scope of Work: Install one (1) 20A power point on a dedicated circuit for coffee machine. Install two 3 standard power points above the kitchen bench area. (They have been installed and ready to connect to the switchboard. Ofc you can check if it’s correct). Install three (4) general-purpose power points throughout the shop. Install (2) ducted extraction fans at the rear of the shop.(see photo it’s the gold and black room) Issue an Electrical Safety Certificate upon completion of all works.

Install of rangehood. Just needs to be screwed in, plugged in and the setting checked and adjusted if needed. Old one was pulled out, this has been test fitted. Should be no more than 10-15min of your time.
