I just want a dimmer switch installed. and one of our down lights turn on and off randomly so I would like to get that checked

Need to fix and correct install a switcher for my bathroom which turns on the lights and the fan. This is an apartment and not a house.

Replaces an existing 3-blade AC fan, flat ceiling, roof space above with manhole access. The wall controller is broken and the plate can't be screwed back on (see photo). Whatever this needs to be made good, please include it.
