Need a licensed electrician to inspect and repair a tripping circuit breaker. Part of the house (kitchen and one section of the living room) has lost power. The breaker trips immediately when reset—power comes on briefly for about a second and then trips again. There is also a small spark when attempting to reset the breaker. Experiencing an electrical issue in part of the house. Several power points on one side of the property have stopped working, along with the central heating system. Lights are still functioning normally. Issue started over the past few days during heavy heater usage overnight. We had approximately 3 small portable blower heaters running, along with an electric blanket and other standard devices, so this may have contributed to the fault. We suspect either the central heater or the affected circuit may be causing the issue, as multiple nearby power sockets are also impacted. Switches on the electrical board appear to remain on.
