I need you to: - Attend and identify the actual issue - Confirm whether the alarms are 240V hardwired or battery-only - Test, repair or replace as needed to comply with AS 3786 - Provide a written compliance report I can forward to my agent - Issue a Certificate of Electrical Safety if electrical work is done JOB 2 — RENTAL MINIMUM STANDARDS CHECK Walk the property against the Consumer Affairs Victoria minimum standards checklist and give me a written pass/fail report plus anything needing rectification. The electrical safety item must be checked by an electrician. REQUIREMENTS - Licensed A-grade electrician working under a Registered Electrical Contractor — please quote your licence/REC number - Current public liability insurance - Written documentation issued in your business name - Not a handyman job.
