Bulb socket is broken. Need someone to repair it! Monday 29th June onwards, not home this weekend. I have ordered a lamp holder (thing that holds the bulb) in case the original parts can’t be repaired. Will need someone to help me either fix the original part or put in a new piece. (Pictured is the broken lamp and the piece i ordered)

The working old down lights adaptor to change to plug system

Need licensed electrician to do a 32A line and outlet for an upgrade to an induction (which I don’t have yet). You may have to be creative as the switchboard is pretty cramped (added solar and a battery recently). Currently there’s a 15A outlet for the oven.

The bedroom light is experiencing issues where it takes quite a long time to stay lit. It turns on but is dimmed or flickering or unstable. This happened after we left led strips on while away and came back to find it also acting strangely. I think it’s from the same circuit. So I need that strip disconnected (it’s connected to a power switch), circuit issue fixed which hopefully fixes the bedroom light issue resolved as well.

LG Art Cool aircon unit turns on and after about 2 mins turns off on its own

I have an investment property in Newport that requires some electrical work. It was built in 1935 however has a small extension possibly in the 70's 1. In the extension there is a switch to a light fitting that did not work. the batten was removed and wires isolated. there is a single red and then a cable with a black and red, Earth wire may be in the ceiling cavity. Just need a batten wired and can assist in retrieving the earth as the ceiling is plasterover tinber. 2. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. The light has been removed but would like to install a fan and light (on the same switch) but also require external venting. It is tiled roof so easiest is straight up as the bathroom does not have an external wall due to the extension. Photos can be provided. Electrician to provide fan and light, I have battens.
