We cut down three trees at our backyard, one palm tree and two lemon trees. I have attached the photos. And the grinding machine wouldn’t work as the hallway is quite narrow. So need some help and advice on how to get rid of those stumps to avoid pest damage.

I need help fixing two leaking taps — one in the laundry room and one in the bathroom. Both taps are dripping continuously. Looking for someone experienced in basic plumbing to inspect and repair the leaks.
